Q-illed

It's nice to know that you were there
Thanks for acting like you cared
And making me feel like I was the only one
It's nice to know we had it all
Thanks for watching as I fall
And letting me know we were done...

I hate you...

iQlabs

I know everyone of us is quiet happy with our lives, our jobs, knowledge, lifestyle, food, drinks(:P), everything. -n for a change I also admit that I am happy with my life too. Life is beautiful. Though very recently I lost the most beautiful part of it - My love. Love is indulgence( illusion, fake, hypocrisy- call whatever you want), I don't have time for... (;))

But, everyday when I go to sleep, I have this feeling that something is missing, don't you feel so? The force that has driven us to the position that we are at, the feeling of passion that made us a winner, the thirst of knowledge that built a intellect, a technocrat, where is it now?

I learn a lot of things during my work- JAVA and related topics, how to use various software tools, n what not. But, honestly whatever I learn, I imbibe that just because I had to, a forceful choice. I come across a lot of challenges, questions in whole day, some of them are addressed by googling or taking peoples help, but most of them, not required for work, are usually ignored.

iQLabs - I remember second year's those days, when Q came up with the idea of having a public discussion forum in the college. I bought a Rs20-blackboard and couple of chalks, and hung that on my room door where we conducted our sessions. Everyday 6'o clock in evening we had sessions discussing every aspect of science. Suhas's programming session, Siddharth's IC engine, Avdhut's aeroplanes and aerodynamics, Q's graph theory, Abhishek's soldering workshop, Maydeo's EDC fundamentals. I remember everything. It was just the hunger of knowledge that made the lazy bastards come to my room and sit in those sessions that were delivered every damn day. Day by day more people joined till our 3-men room became small to accommodate so many of them. Innovation and Qreativity labs, we called it.

By reading above if you feel you have thirst of knowledge, passion to become a real geek, heart to solve all problems of life (fuck the love related problems, you can't solve them, unless you kill yourself - soon I'll do that), I ask you to come up with some idea to share our knowledge.

N iQlabs will be alive... forever...
(Though Q will die soon...)

Q-ureshi's love story

All of you know my story... (Though not every aspect of it but till the point that you know its legen-(wait for it)----- dary.)... So, there isn't any point in writing my story in the article.

But, here is a small story :-

There was a ugly-looking Muslim soldier named 'Qureshi' in the army of the Roman king. He was brave, smart and good-natured. He always dreamed of ruling the nation. He played almost all the battles for the king and won the most that mattered in the wealth of country. Soon he became one of King's men. He became rich and a respectable personality in the country.

But, there was a problem with his life. He was always hated in the country because of his looks and his religion. So he decided to do everything he can to achieve the king's position. But, because of his small problem he was pulled back from his position a lot of times. He believed in the fact that if he puts enough efforts he would be able to get what he wants. So he decided to fight, till the last breathe. His good nature fed him good and trustworthy friends.

One fine day, he was walking in the premises of the castle, and he saw the beautiful princess, Merula. He fell in love with her.

"She is the princess... I stand no chance in front of her", Qureshi told his friend. "You are the best amongst the king's men, who stands a chance in front of you", replied the friend.

Foolish Qureshi believed his friend. I will not fight to be the king, but I will marry the princess- he thought. He went on, won more battles, impressed the folks and the princess. So, one day princess came and said, "Qureshi, I am in love with you".

He celebrated, and so did his friends, for the Qureshi had won which no one ever had.

and then they lived "Happily ever after".......................................................... did they?

...

...

...

No there was this small problem.

...

...

THE END.

This was a story somewhere in 1024 AD. But the problem still persists.
The words on his grave say - "I know someday you will have a beautiful life, I know you will be the sun, in somebody else's sky... But why why why can't it be mine"...

-------------------------------------

Well, that's an imaginary story.
"Love like stars above... love till you die"...

Q-uetzalcoatl™

All of you must be wondering... "Why Quetzalcoatl? AniQuet? iQ?"...

Honestly, So do I.

Q - uetzalcoatl, if you google, He's that Feathered Serpent of Ancient Mexico. He was the guy who was supposed to return from the East to reclaim his power, and so will I, go to west and reclaim my powers.
Q - is the first letter on computer keyboard. The thing that gets me oxygen, bread-n-butter, n self respect.
Q - I find it the most beautiful letter in roman alphabets.
Q - I hate myself, every bit of me. This gives me a hope to reborn, and live a good life, like you all do. I am fade up of being hated.

God bless Q, and the elite war elephant.

Q-onquerers...

This document is not a testimonial for all my aoe buddies, but its an endeavour to correlate the way people lead / live their life with their style of playing the legendary game.

This document is close to my heart. Critisisms and aspersions are welcomed (:P). But No hard feelings are allowed.
For those who tend to concentrate more on spelling and grammar side of it - "Go fuck yourself"..

Here it goes:

Kedar Chitale aka KeChi, The Lord.
------------------------------------
When it comes to game, KeChi is always damn serious about it. He always does his homework before coming (When he is totally out of touch, he plays against computer to make sure he is all ready to kick ass). He always has a plan. Though he is the strongest player, he tries to choose a team which he thinks is stronger than other because for him a win does matters. But, of course even if we place him in team which is really weaker than the other, trust me, half the times its him who always ends up wining the game. He must have won most number of games in our entire aoe career (Rushi must be having a higher percentage of wining, but thanks to things that keep him busy all the times- you know who (all), the brat has not registered more number of wins than Advait possibly has!).
And so is the Kechi in real life too. Coep mech - max marks and most impressive professional career. He cares a lot about his exams (though nothing is sacrificed or compromised for exams - thats the KeChi for you). He is amicable and easy to make friend with, but mind you, at times he is a bit impulsive and dominating, condescending (thats why most times we end up in fighting, one on one dude? :P). He is the winner in our group - (I shouldn't forget to mention his success stories of patvofying the most beautiful girls in town). All of us probably envy him. He is the idol for us all.
I love you my friend...

Alok Sabade aka a™, ™TM™, @!$$!@@@!# (text cannot be displayed).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Alok is a friend of all, be it gaming world or real world, it hardly matters to him. If he has anything brilliant, he will share it with others, friend or foe. He talks most logical when it comes to game analysis. He can precisely tell where the hell it all went wrong, what could have made it better. He talks most sense when its about the game (you all know i am perfectly opposite of it, i put more heart than brains, coz thats only wht i hav, right?). He is innovative and is responsible for most of the aoe evolution (though I am the most senior player). On the other side, he gives up really early (the only thing i hate about him). He never makes passion become need for life.

Aniket Mokashi aka Quetzalcoatl, Pxxxx's Frnd.
------------------------------------------------
I rather shouldn't write about myself because then this document will make no sense to anyone :P. I am pretty bad at judging myself. I am all good and bad on this earth.

Nikhil Sane aka Splash, Firebolt.
---------------------------------
Ah, here is the Sane™. Born with the brand. This guy always keeps his cool and pretends as if he doesn't care about the game et al (Nice. "at all" will also fit here :) ). But deep down inside he knows, he cares and tries to make it work for him. He is the most skilled player, no one can match him in army handling (and we all know what all he can handle, don't we? :P ). He avoids game feelings taking over his emotions (thats how he manages so many chics, you know -sorry for sharing the trade secret dude). His words are technically more correct and he puts lots of emphasis on how the game discussion is grammatically and technically correct (I am sure he ll reply me with all the grammatical mistakes striked out).

Rushikesh Kamalapurkar aka R, Rushi (This guy probably doesn't believe in nicknames).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pranjal Pandit aka Jabri Boka.

Hrushikesh Mehendale aka Manager™.

Akshay Rahalkar aka Akya.

Mandar Gosavi aka !@#!@!$@@

Advait Auti aka Advait, ??? (Decide something for yourself fool).

Pranav Pathak aka Dulya.

I misplaced my text somehow... This is all I was able to gather! Will keep posting... Love you all...
